Accessible Parking Permits are issued at the Town Clerk's Office at the Town Hall for licensed drivers who live in the Town of Mentz.
If you live in a Village, in the Town of Mentz, you must file with your local Village.
Parking Permit Procedure:
Your doctor will fill out his portion of the New York State accessible parking permit form to request a temporary or permanent permit. A permit can NOT be given until this is filled out appropiately
- Complete your portion of the form and bring it to the Town Clerk's Office at City along with your drivers license.
- The appropriate permit will be issued in the form of a tag to hang on your vehicle's rearview mirror when parking.
- It is required to renew your tag when it is expired
