Requirements

All dogs four months and older that reside in the Town of Mentz must have a valid dog license. To obtain a license the following must be provided:

Proof of Rabies

Owners must provide a current rabies certificate issued by a veterinarian.

Spay or Neuter Certificate

If the dog is spayed or neutered, proof must be provided.

Fees

• $8.00 for spayed or neutered dogs
• $18.00 for dogs not spayed or neutered

The license must be renewed annually

Dog Control Officer to be determined after the January re-organizational Town Board Meeting

To obtain a dog license, please file at the Town hall with the Town Clerk
